Teck Ngee is the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Orient Futures international (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“OFIS”).
Teck Ngee has over 20 years of experience in the banking and capital markets industry. Prior to joining OFIS, he was the Executive Director and Head of Product Support at United Overseas Bank (“UOB”). Over the course of Teck Ngee’s career, he has led teams in the project management and implementation of core Capital Market systems, covering products that include Foreign Exchange, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, Money Market, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities Derivatives, and Equities Derivatives.
Teck Ngee has also overseen the successful completion of several key projects, including the ideation, design, and implementation of UOB’s first electronic foreign exchange trading, market-making and distribution platforms; and the overseas implementation of Capital Market middle and back office systems in numerous foreign markets (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, United States, United Kingdom and Australia).
Teck Ngee holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Analysis) degree from Nanyang Technological University, and a Master of Science (Financial Engineering) degree from the National University of Singapore. He is also an accredited Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and a Professional Risk Manager (PRM).

Yeo Joo Hiong is the Director and Head of Compliance of Orient Futures Singapore. As the Head of Compliance, Joo Hiong heads the Compliance function of the organisation. In his role, he ensures compliance to legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and standards.
Joo Hiong holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University and has over 20 years of experience covering Finance and Regulatory Compliance roles across the financial services industry. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered accountants and Chartered Accountants, Australia & New Zealand.
Melvin has over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and trading platform connectivity, specialising in low-latency networks and seamless data integration for financial institutions. He is well-versed in global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) framework.

In his previous role, Victor was CEO of 1Exchange (2021-2023), where he led strategy, project management, and day-to-day operations for a private securities exchange, overseeing and guiding the management team through complex challenges. His hands-on leadership and ability to navigate difficult stakeholder relationships in a startup environment honed his skills in driving business success.
Prior to 1Exchange, Victor held various roles at leading financial institutions, such as DBS Vickers, ABN AMRO, and UOB, where he gained significant expertise in institutional sales, electronic trading, and risk management across APAC markets. He successfully integrated product offerings, managed client relationships, and ensured compliance across diverse market jurisdictions.
With over 30 years of experience in the brokerage industry, from her early days on the physical trading floor to the fully electronic trading market of today, Noorlela Wahyuni leads the Operations team at Orient Futures Singapore with exceptional precision and expertise.
As Head of Operations, she oversees critical functions and the entire 24-hour operational process, ensuring seamless trade settlement and full compliance with industry standards. Noorlela is also a key decision maker and often serves as the go-to person for back-office enhancement in support of new business initiatives.

Prior to joining Orient Futures Singapore, Shilun worked for several years in a global investment bank, handling matters involving prime brokerage, ETFs, securities and derivatives in major APAC regions.
As the Head of Legal, Shilun manages the organisation’s legal functions, providing business-related legal advice and overseeing contract reviews. He also supports matters concerning financial regulations, privacy laws, and employment laws.
