Wholly owned by Orient Securities Co., Ltd, Orient Futures has a registered capital of RMB 4.8 billion, and more than 1000 employees. The Company is primarily engaged in commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment advising, asset management and fund distribution. The company has a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore as well – Orient Futures International (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

(“Orient Futures Singapore”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanghai Orient Futures Co., Ltd. and an indirect subsidiary of Orient Securities Co., Ltd., which is publicly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under a Capital Market Services (CMS) license, Orient Futures Singapore is a member of the Singapore Exchange (SGX), Asia Pacific Exchange (APEX), and Intercontinental Exchange Singapore (ICE SG).
